Zhu Jianmin, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1976. He is an on-the-job post-graduate, a member of the Communist Party of China, and now Deputy District Mayor of the Yinzhou District People’s Government, a member of the Party Group of the Yinzhou District People’s Government, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ningbo Southern Business District (Advertising Industrial Park) Administrative Office.

Zhu Jianmin, Deputy District Mayor, is responsible for issues related to opening-up, commerce, market regulation, intellectual property, finance, the construction and management of the Southern Business District, investment attraction, and foreign affairs and so on. Zhu is in charge of the Yinzhou District Bureau of Commerce, the Yinzhou District Market Regulatory Administration (the Yinzhou District Intellectual Property Administration), the Yinzhou District Financial Development Service Center, the Office for the Administration of the Southern Business District (the Office for the Administration of the Ningbo Advertising Industrial Park), the Yinzhou District Investment Promotion Center, the Yinzhou District Foreign Affairs Office, and the Yinzhou District Financial Holdings Co., Ltd.. He is responsible for contact with the Ning Shing Holdings, the Ningbo Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Yinzhou District People’s Government, the Yinzhou District Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Yinzhou District Religious Affairs Administration, the Yinzhou District Customs Administration, and financial and insurance institutions stationed in Yinzhou.
