Cheng Xingli, male, Han ethnicity, was born in September 1976. He’s got a college degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently Vice Secretary of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee and District Mayor of the Yinzhou District.

Chen Xingli, District Mayor, is in charge of the overall governance of the Yinzhou District and is responsible for financial performance and auditing, and so on. Chen is in charge of the Yinzhou District Finance Bureau, the Yinzhou District Auditing Bureau, and the Yinzhou District Advisory Committee.
