Liu Xuewen, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1973. He is a post-graduate of the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C., a member of the Communist Party of China, and now Deputy District Mayor of the Yinzhou District People’s Government.

Liu Xuewen, Deputy District Mayor, is responsible for housing and urban-rural development and management, transportation administration, postal service management, urban management, comprehensive law enforcement, management of requisition and relocation, and “3 Renovations & 1 Demolition”, namely renovations of old residential areas, old factories and urban villages and demolition of illegal buildings, etc. Liu is in charge of the Yinzhou District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Yinzhou District Transportation Bureau, the Yinzhou District Comprehensive Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau (the Yinzhou District Office for Guidance on Comprehensive Administration and Law Enforcement), the Yinzhou District Requisition Administration Center (the Yinzhou District Urban Village Renovation Center), the Yinzhou District Office for “3 Renovations & 1 Demolition”, the Yincheng Group, the Yintong Group, and the Yinkai Group. He is responsible for contact with the Ningbo Urban Construction Investment Holding Co., Ltd., the Ningbo Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd., the Ningbo Airport Relocation Project Command Headquarters, the Ningbo Railway and West Hub Construction Center, and the Yinfeng Marine Department.
