Liu Yungui, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Qin’an, Gansu Province in November 1984. Liu started to work in July 2006 and became a member of the Communist Party of China in April 2004. He is a postgraduate and is currently Secretary of the Communist Youth League Tianshui Municipal Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee, and Deputy District Mayor of the Yinzhou District (provisional post).
