Chen Jian’en, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in November 1977. Chen became a member of the Communist Party of China in June 2002 and started to work in June 2004. He holds a master’s degree and is now Deputy District Mayor of the Yinzhou District People’s Government, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Yinzhou Economic Development Zone, and Secretary of the Party Group of the Yinzhou District Integrated Industrial Governance Office. Chen used to serve as a member of the Department Conference of the Organization Department of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee, Division Chief of the Cader Division I of the Organization Department of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the CPC Yunlong Township Committee, Head of the Yunlong Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the CPC Yunlong Township Committee, Secretary of the CPC Dongqianhu Township Committee, Chairman of the People’s Congress of the Dongqianhu Town, a member of the Party Committee of the Ningbo Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort Area, a member of the Party Working Committee of the Ningbo Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort Area, Director of the Office of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee, and Research Consultant Level I.

Chen Jian’en, Deputy District Mayor, is responsible for the development of industries and information technology, science and technology, human resources and social security, development and construction of economic development zones, and overall industrial governance and so on. Chen is in charge of the Yinzhou District Economic and Information Technology Bureau (the Yinzhou District Digital Economy Bureau), the Yinzhou Science and Technology Bureau, the Yinzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Administrative Committee of the Mingzhou Economic Development Zone, the Administrative Committee of the Yinzhou Economic Development Zone, the Yinzhou District Industrial Development Promotion Center, the Yingong Group, and the Ningbo Bay Area Group. He is responsible for contact with the Tongshang Holding Group, the Ningbo Talents Group, the Ningbo Yongjiang Laboratory, the Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University Ningbo Sub-institute, the Yinzhou District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Yinzhou District Association for Science and Technology, the Yinzhou District Tobacco Bureau (tobacco company), the Yinzhou District Power Supply Company, the China Telecom Yinzhou Branch, the China Mobile Yinzhou Branch, and the China Unicom Yinzhou Branch.
