Cheng Xingli, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Cixi, Zhejiang Province in September 1976. Cheng started to work in August 1999 and became a member of the Communist Party of China in December 1998. He is a university graduate and is currently Vice Secretary of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee, and District Mayor of the Yinzhou District. He used to serve as Deputy Mayor of the Cixi City, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xiangshan County Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Xiangshan County Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xiangshan County Committee and Standing Deputy County Chief of the People’s Government of Xiangshan County and Vice Secretary of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee, and Acting District Mayor of the Yinzhou District.

Chen Xingli, District Mayor, is in charge of the overall governance of the Yinzhou District and is responsible for financial performance and auditing, and so on. Chen is in charge of the Yinzhou District Finance Bureau, the Yinzhou District Auditing Bureau, and the Yinzhou District Advisory Committee.
