Two Projects and Six Individuals from Yinzhou Honored with Provincial Construction Awards

Yinzhou District has achieved outstanding results in the provincial construction excellence recognition campaign. Recently, the Zhejiang Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued an official commendation notice, honoring 100 outstanding projects and 185 outstanding individuals across the province. Yinzhou secured awards for 2 key livelihood projects and 6 industry backbones, setting a strong benchmark for high-quality engineering construction.

The two awarded provincial excellent construction projects are the Zhonggongmiao No. 2 Junior High School and the Eastern Campus Project of Yinzhou People’s Hospital. The six outstanding individual awardees are Huang Mingchao from Zhejiang Xinzhongyuan Construction, Shi Zongkai from Zhongshengbo Construction Group, Xu Shuang from Zhejiang Canghai Construction, Li Hui from Darong Construction Group, Xu Wei from Ningbo Construction Engineering Group, and Liu Yong from Ningbo Gaozhan Construction Supervision.

Constructed by Zhongshengbo Construction Group, the Zhonggongmiao No. 2 Junior High School covers a construction area of 61,072.65 square meters. Boasting previous honors including the National High-Quality Engineering Award and Zhejiang’s Qianjiang Cup Construction Award, the project effectively eases the shortage of educational resources in surrounding areas and serves as a flagship educational infrastructure in Yinzhou.

Located at No. 105 East Baizhang Road and built by Darong Construction Group, the Eastern Campus of Yinzhou People’s Hospital involves a total investment of 650 million yuan and a construction area of 50,895.53 square meters. It has obtained provincial standardized construction site certification and the Qianjiang Cup Award. As a modern comprehensive medical complex, the campus integrates women and children’s services, scientific research laboratories, international physical examination and clinical skill training centers, greatly improving local public medical services.

The provincial honors fully recognize Yinzhou’s high standards in engineering quality and talent team building. In recent years, the district’s housing and urban-rural development bureau has established a systematic excellence cultivation mechanism for high-quality projects. It has implemented a standardized service model featuring dedicated special teams, tailored work plans and complete management systems, providing one-on-one whole-process guidance and closed-loop services to support high-standard project construction.
