Yinzhou Holds Third "Yinling Power • Driving Development" Conference on Party Building in Government Agencies

On June 30, Yinzhou District held its third "Yinling Power • Driving Development" conference on Party building in government agencies, coupled with a "Celebrating July 1" event at the multifunctional hall of the Yinzhou Culture and Arts Center. Structured around three themes—"Yinling Lectures," "Yinling Efficiency," and "Yinling Excellence"—the event celebrated the 104th anniversary of the Communist Party of China through cultural performances, keynote speeches, project signings, and brand showcases. Attendees included Yu Ning, Deputy District Party Secretary and Minister of Social Work, Head of Political and Legal Affairs Committee; and Huang Jian, Member of the District Party Standing Committee, Head of Organization Department, and Secretary of the District Government Agencies Working Committee.

Yinzhou has consistently prioritized Party building in government agencies as a cornerstone for high-quality development. Since pioneering the "Yinling Power" Party building brand in 2023, the district has effectively driven the allocation of Party resources from government departments to towns, streets, and communities. Initiatives like the "Yinling Lectures • Sailing the Book Sea" reading competition and "Yinling Lectures • Surging Youth" youth advocacy showcase continue to infuse grassroots engagement with youthful energy.

During the "Yinling Lectures" segment, a Party history lesson titled "Mirroring History for Self-Strengthening: Party Leadership Toward Revival" highlighted revolutionary stories from Ningbo’s red soil. This was followed by a ceremony awarding "50 Years of Glory in the Party" medals to 10 veteran Party members, including Shi Guofang. The "Yinling Lectures" Youth Theory Advocacy Alliance was also formally inaugurated.

The "Yinling Efficiency" chapter commenced with a skit, "Shared Governance of Our Home," by the District Social Work Department. The session showcased key projects from the "Yinling Project Claim • Public Benefit" initiative. Since 2023, Yinzhou’s innovative project-claiming mechanism has earned accolades including National Outstanding Party Building Brand and Top Ten Innovations in Provincial-Level Party Building.

The "Common Prosperity Time Workshop" project in Dongliu Subdistrict delivered significant outcomes. Representatives from Dongliu Subdistrict, District Disabled Persons’ Federation, District Media Center, and Huang Ruyuan—founder of Nini Studio—shared collaborative success stories through an onstage dialogue.

A signing ceremony launched the 2025 "Yinling Project Claim • Public Benefit" program, with 20 government agency representatives claiming responsibility for 10 projects, formalizing this year’s implementation commitments.

The conference also unveiled the operational framework for "Yinling Task Forces." Subsequently, Party branches including the District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, Investment Promotion Center, Project Preparation Center, and Dongqian Lake Academician Hub Service Center introduced their Party building brands: "Red Leadership • Blue Voyage" and "Joint Momentum."

Additionally, 10 key tasks for "Promoting High-Quality Development Through High-Standard Party Building" were announced.
