On June 4, the Yinzhou District Commerce Bureau announced that the Ministry of Commerce, in collaboration with the Central Publicity Department, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the National Radio and Television Administration, released the 2025–2026 National Cultural Export Key Enterprises and Projects List. Nationwide, 404 enterprises and 121 projects were selected. Ningbo secured 11 enterprise spots, with Yinzhou’s Soundking Electroacoustic Co., Ltd. earning a place on the Key Enterprises List and Ningbo Kaku Animation Production Co., Ltd.’s “Zhejiang East Song Dynasty Celebrity Animation IP Matrix Project” included on the Key Projects List.

Soundking Electroacoustic Co., Ltd. was recognized as a National Cultural Export Key Enterprise for its comprehensive industry chain strengths. Since its founding in 1988, Soundking has grown over 37 years into a global leader in intelligent audio-visual system integration. Its operations span research, production, sales, engineering installation, and maintenance, offering clients one-stop solutions. Holding numerous independent intellectual property rights, Soundking has built an ecosystem integrating six major sectors: smart systems, audio, and video. The company has established innovation and R&D centers across China and set up research bases in the UK and Germany, continuously boosting its global competitiveness. From delivering stunning audio for the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony to providing professional support for CCTV’s Spring Festival Gala and major national projects like the Hangzhou Asian Games, Soundking has earned widespread market acclaim for its exceptional quality.

In the animation sector, Ningbo Kaku Animation Production Co., Ltd.’s “Zhejiang East Song Dynasty Celebrity Animation IP Matrix Project” was named a National Cultural Export Key Project. Founded in 2009, this original animation studio has produced over 60 animated works, totaling more than 33,000 minutes, and published 11 volumes of animated comic books. With high-quality content, the company has secured copyright partnerships with broadcasters and platforms in dozens of countries, including the United States and Japan. The selected project blends the millennium-old Song Dynasty culture with modern animation techniques, creating an innovative IP matrix that brings historical figures like Wang Anshi, Wang Yinglin, and Shi Hao to global audiences in vivid, accessible forms, paving new pathways for the overseas spread of traditional Chinese culture.

The inclusion of these two enterprises highlights Yinzhou’s robust digital cultural and creative industry. In recent years, Yinzhou has strengthened policy support, increased funding, and improved talent development mechanisms to accelerate the global outreach of cultural service enterprises. Leveraging this achievement, the district aims to foster new cultural formats, enhance its industry ecosystem, and empower more enterprises to showcase “Yinzhou strength” on the global cultural stage, elevating the “Yinzhou brand” of Chinese culture worldwide.
