Yinzhou selected as a high-quality development brand for the province's agricultural program of "robots replacing human labor"

On February 9, the reporters learnt from the Yinzhou District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau that due to outstanding performance in the full mechanization and intelligence of the agricultural industry, our district has been selected as a high-quality development brand (overall promotion brand) for the province's agricultural program of "robots replacing human labor" in 2024, becoming a benchmark for agricultural modernization in the Zhejiang Province.

To promote the program of "robots replacing human labor", our district has taken multiple measures: establishing a leading group led by the deputy district mayor in charge of agricultural development, and establishing a working mechanism with "government taking the lead, agricultural machinery being the major force, agricultural machinery and techniques cooperating, and social organizations participating"; established special subsidies and integrated relevant funds, so as to ensure the development of agricultural mechanization; established an expert group, introducing and making researches on new technologies and varieties for further development, and improving collaboration mechanisms; standardized agricultural machinery maintenance outlets, providing free field inspection services, so as to ensure the safe operation of agricultural machinery.

Our district has achieved remarkable results in agricultural modernization. The rice industry has achieved a high degree of mechanization; within the tea industry, the Keqing Tea Plantation has introduced equipment to achieve unmanned post-processing; the livestock industry has improved its mechanization level through technology promotion and intelligent equipment. Among them, the promotion of new agricultural machinery has achieved outstanding results. As of the end of last year, there were 176 agricultural crop protection drones operating daily on 52,000 mu of farmland in the entire district, achieving full coverage of efficient crop protection; a new unmanned tea factory had been built to achieve 24-hour processing, capable of processing 1,000 kilograms of dry tea per day.

In addition, there are 52 agricultural machinery social service organizations in the entire district. Last year, the entire district invested 35 million yuan to support related projects and improve the service level.
