The activities of presenting Spring Festival couplets and the Chinese character "福", pronounced "fú" in Mandarin and meaning "luck" in English, in the Wanda Plaza attract numerous citizens.

A series of colorful cultural, tourism and sports activities, such as enjoying garden parties, learning about the ancient and the modern, enjoying books, watching dramas, enjoying countryside sceneries and activities, enjoying folk customs, shopping along streets, tasting delicate cuisine, keeping fit, and celebrating the Lantern Festival, etc., are to be held to attract people to gather in Yinzhou, thus increasing consumption and gathering luck, and to enable citizens and tourists to spend a cheerful and energetic happy new year in Yinzhou and enjoy the Year of the Dragon with a stronger new year flavor, a more prosperous market, and more hustle and bustle.

In recent years, "collecting stamps while travelling" has become an emerging way to record the places travelled. 

The second session of the "Chic New Year Flavor with Boundless Fun" Stamp Collection activity, featuring the combination of trendy stamp collection in Yinzhou and City Walk, will be launched during the Spring Festival holiday. This event not only adds 3 new stamps of the "Trendy Yinzhou" series, but also specially customizes the "Rolling Red Envelope (hóng bāo) Stamp of the Year of the Dragon" to send blessings to the general public. At the same time, 11 stamps featuring immortals worshipped by the common people such as the gods of fortune, prosperity, longevity, happiness and wealth will also be available in Yinzhou to add bells and whistles for the mass public. After collecting stamps, citizens and tourists will be allowed to exchange these stamps for favorable gifts. In addition, the Ningbo Cultural Plaza, together with the Nanyaji Market, will bring a New Year 100-Stamp Collection event.

The Ningbo Ocean World will launch the "Carp over the Goal can be Transformed into a Dragon - Ocean Spring Festival Carnival of the Year of the Dragon" during the Spring Festival holiday, with lively activities such as the Dragon Year Folk Show and Dragon Year Spring Festival Pop-up and so on. 

The Romon U-park will organize not only special performances for the celebration of the Spring Festival, but also an electronic music festival to welcome the Chinese New Year. Dynamic music has swept the entire venue for 7 consecutive days. 

The "Boundless Searching for Dragons" Spring Festival Garden Party is to be held in the Ningbo Science Exploration Center, waiting for people of different ages to explore. 

The Ningbo Wildlife Park will launch activities, including the Fantasy Carnival, and the Spring Festival Guests Welcoming Show and so on to enrich the New Year garden party experience of citizens. 

The "Infinite New Life" Natural Art Festival will be presented by the Southern Song Dynasty Stone Carving Park. Through collaboration with the China Academy of Art, the Park empowers the brand influence of Southern Song stone carvings with art, making the cultural tourism and cultural heritage of the Dongqian Lake area more charming.

Cultural temple fairs and performances with flower-decorated props along streets have always been the highlight of the "Lantern Festival" on the 15th day of the first lunar month. The Lantern Festival in Zhanqi will focus on the theme of "Encounter Mountains and Seas · Enjoy Folk Custom in Zhanqi", refining the story line of "Shanhai Qiyu", and combining traditional activities such as Zhanqi Temple Lantern Fair, Zhanqi Flavor Market, Lantern Parade, and Intangible Cultural Heritage Market with modern elements such as UAV performance and so on, so as to lead the audience to deeply understand the millennium history and unique charm of the Lantern Festival; the Hanling Old Street will hold a week-long activity to enjoy the Lantern Festival, with a series of performances to be brought by dragon dancing teams, lion dancing teams and opera teams, etc., to show the folk custom and the brand new spirit of the masses to welcome the Spring Festival. 

In addition to traditional performances with flower-decorated props along streets and so on, for the Lantern Festival, Yinzhou has also designed new Spring Festival customs and New Year flavor activities for young people to inject new vitality into the traditional festival. 

Nowadays, "pop-up" is quite popular as a favorite form of entertainment among young people. During the Lantern Festival, the entertainment site which used to be the IPN Fishing Boat Factory will set up the Spring Festival pop-up device and auto stereoscopy to broadcast blessing videos of the Year of the Dragon, etc., to add New Year flavor to the traditional festival. 

The flavor of Nian (Spring Festival) is thick. It's like a bowl of porridge with enough ingredients. It is fragrant and thick slowly cooked by time. The Yinzhou Culture and Tourism Industry has planned to organize numerous New Year activities with elaboration, and these activities are just like the ingredients for cooking porridge, adding favorable taste to "this bowl of New Year flavor".
