Yinzhou boasts 12 new national outstanding "little giant" enterprises
On September 17, as is learnt from the Yinzhou District Economic and Information Technology Bureau, 12 enterprises in the Yinzhou District have been included in the list of the fifth batch of national outstanding "little giant" enterprises, ranking the second in the city in terms of the number of enterprises recognized. As of now, there are 75 national outstanding "little giant" enterprises in the Yinzhou District, ranking the first in the city in terms of the number of enterprises recognized, accounting for 21.3% of the city's proportion, and having strengthened the "backbone" of the manufacturing industry in Yinzhou. Among them, there are 13 key outstanding "little giant" enterprises, ranking the first in the city in terms of the number of enterprises recognized, accounting for 20% of the total in the city.
It is reported that there are a total of 3,671 national outstanding "little giant" enterprises included in the fifth batch, with 60% specialized in the fields of the new generation information technologies, high-end equipment manufacturing, and the new materials industry. Among them, the enterprises on the list from our district cover emerging industries such as advanced manufacturing, new materials, new energy vehicles, high-end equipment, and the new generation of information technologies, which are in line with the demand for transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Yinzhou.
The Ningbo Dezhou Precision Electronic Co., Ltd., which is on the list this time, mainly engages in chip packaging and testing industry, with a promising development momentum in recent years; the Ningbo Co-Star Materials Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of sintered samarium cobalt, sintered neodymium iron boron permanent magnet materials and products, which are widely applied in fields such as automobile, electronic information, and medical care; the Ningbo HL-Bearing Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that produces linear motion ball bearings and related linear motion series products. It has been carrying out innovative research and development, attracting professional talents, and optimizing manufacturing equipment. Currently, it has become a leader in the domestic industry.

The "Action Plan for Cultivating Outstanding Enterprises in the Yinzhou District" has been put forth, with key core technologies as the standard and market share as the guide, so as to build a cultivation library based on the gradient of "innovative SMEs - outstanding SMEs - outstanding 'little giants' - single champion enterprises", comprehensively strengthen classified guidance and provide precise services, help enterprises enhance their core competitiveness, promote their transformation with new technologies, new models, and new dynamics, and promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in the entire district.
At the same time, the Yinzhou District highlights the cultivation of strategic emerging industrial clusters such as integrated circuits and new energy vehicles, etc., strengthens the full-chain cultivation of key technologies, materials, components, and complete sets of machines, and makes up for shortcomings and forges strengths. According to a relevant working staff of the Yinzhou District Economic and Information Technology Bureau, Yinzhou has compiled a list of "three first" product development needs, guiding enterprises to actively apply. This year, enterprises in Yinzhou have applied for 29 "first sets" of equipment, 11 "first version" of software products, and 1 "first batch" of new materials.
