"Common Prosperity Workshops" builds a bridge at the door for common prosperity

As of now, Yinzhou has built 84 high-quality Party building leading "common prosperity workshops", achieving a total increase of 12.853 million yuan in village collective economy and effectively absorbing 2,988 rural surplus labor. (According to the "Yinzhou Daily" on August 11)

Since the beginning of this year, Yinzhou has set the goal of creating an upgraded version of the "Thousand Village Demonstration and Ten Thousand Village Renovation" project and further deepened Party building cooperation through the five mechanisms of "Yin Ling Common Prosperity", having created six types of "common prosperity workshops", covering agricultural tourism integration, brand promotion, industry empowerment, e-commerce live streaming, processing with supplied materials, and targeted recruitment. 

The "Common Prosperity Workshop" is an important measure taken by the Yinzhou District to support the action for common prosperity. It is an innovation in grassroots Party building, which is conducive to enhancing the centripetal and combat effectiveness of grassroots Party organizations, integrating rural natural resources, human resources, and means of production, promoting social harmony and stability through rural revitalization, and building a "road to prosperity" and a "road for connection" of the Party and the people. 

The "Common Prosperity Workshop" can help farmers increase their income on the one hand, and solve the problems of left-behind children, left-behind elderly people, and left-behind women in rural areas on the other hand. Family members live together in their hometown, takes care of their families members together, increasing the happiness of farmers. 

The "Common Prosperity Workshop" has already achieved practical results in Yinzhou, but in order to become a demonstration model for the whole province, further expansion and iteration are needed to continuously amplify the multiplication effect of "Party building leadership · Common Prosperity Workshop", so as to achieve a new type of transformation towards common prosperity from "at the door, doing odd jobs, earning money" to "working in the workshop, receiving wages, and getting rich together". 

It's wished that Yinzhou would continuously enhance the attractiveness and influence of the "Common Prosperity Workshop" in the district in the future, truly enable farmers to be capable of "caring for their families, farming, and working" through the model of "sending jobs to their homes, and finding a new path of Party building leading, industry based, village-enterprise interaction, and multi-party win-win situation" for common prosperity, truly achieve the goal of "building a workshop, enriching the people of one village, benefiting one collective, and strengthening the organization of one place", and turn the "Common Prosperity Workshop" into a workshop for development, a workshop for enriching the people, a workshop for innovation, a workshop for strengthening the foundation, and a heart-warming workshop as well.
