Yinzhou honored as an outstanding county (city and district) for the construction of a charming town in the new era
As is learnt from the Yinzhou District Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau on January 12, the list of outstanding counties (cities and districts) for the construction of charming towns in the era in 2020 was released, and the Yinzhou District wins the honor of a charming county (city and district) for the construction of a charming town in the new era.
Since March 2020, the Yinzhou District has been following the principle of human-based, integrated development and highlighting characteristics to strive for the development of a charming town with the beauty of function and convenience, the beauty of sharing and enjoy of life, the beauty of prospering and enriching people’s industries, the beauty of charm and humanity, and the beauty of favorable governance for the people on the basis of phased results achieved on comprehensive improvement of the town environment. The total investment reached 10.393 billion yuan, covering 109 projects.
While focusing on the implementation of the project, the Yinzhou District also combines the resource advantages and different positioning of the 9 towns, and fully excavates characteristic elements of landscape, humanities, industries, folk customs and so on of each town. Under the scientific guidance of "One Policy per Town", Yinzhou overcome stereotyped construction mode, adhered to integration of elements, promoted the improvement of resource allocation, adhered to the integration of industries and the city, promoted the improvement of urban energy level, and adhered to the construction and management to promote improvement of the connotation of management.
According to the assessment and evaluation results of model towns and up-to-standard towns for the construction of charming towns in the new era in the Zhejiang Province, Dongwu Town, Jiangshan Town and Dongqian Lake Town in the Yinzhou District were successfully evaluated as provincial model towns, making the number of shortlisted towns in the district ranking the first in the city in total.
