The project of Huangshan Rural Tourism Town in Hengxi signed

In the morning of April 12, right after the Opening Ceremony of the 2019 China (Ningbo) Cultural Industries Fair, the Signing Ceremony of Key Cultural Industrial Projects was held, where 9 projects, including the project of Huangshan Rural Tourism Town in Hengxi, Yinzhou District, were signed.

During the 2019 China (Ningbo) Cultural Industries Fair, a total of 20 projects were signed with the intention of cooperation and the intentional contract valued added up to 9.725 billion yuan. 9 projects on strategic cultural cooperation, cultural tourism integration, cultural manufacturing, cultural science and technology, and cultural leisure were signed on the spot with a total contract value of 7.85 billion yuan, covering fields of the film and TV, music, innovative design and cultural tourism and so on.

The Huangshan Rural Tourism Town, located in the block of the Huangshan, a piece of flat land in a mountain range in the Hengxi Town, covers a total development area of about 1,800 mu, equivalent to 120.06 hectares. The project is to be invested with a total of 1.5 billion yuan and will be developed into a modern new comprehensive rural complex under the efforts of the People’s Government of the Hengxi Town and the Ningbo Jiangshan Wanli Real Estate Co., Ltd..
