A group of Yinzhou enterprises compete for global orders at the Canton Fair
On April 15, the 135th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) opened at the Pazhou Pavilion in Guangzhou. The theme of this year's Canton Fair is "serving high-quality development and promoting high-level opening up". It will be held in three phases from April 15 to May 5, with offline exhibitions and regular operation of online platforms. A total of 222 companies from Yinzhou reserved 793 booths to participate in the Canton Fair. It's seen onsite that the group of Yinzhou enterprises compete for global orders at the Canton Fair by unveiling their own "representative pieces of work", hoping to further popularize the "Made in Yinzhou" brand.
Innovative iteration and quality improvement for market expansion... Exhibiting companies are showcasing their unique skills. As a frequent participant of the Canton Fair, the Ningbo Safewell Intelligent Security Technology Co., Ltd. was able to reserve 21 booths to officially release its 20 new kinds of products. One of the open racks has attracted a lot of attention from customers. "We look forward to expanding into markets in Russia and Southeast Asia on the basis of consolidating the European and American markets," said Wang Lei, the person in charge of the company.
Safewell has dispatched 40 staff members this time, making it a huge lineup. Wang Lei told reporters that the professionalism of their products is strong, and that it is even more necessary to improve user stickiness through services. High quality services can bring more new customers through introduction of old customers.
The Ningbo Lesli Import and Export Co., Ltd. is a time-honored enterprise mainly engaged in the production of household electrical appliances, with independent brands and intellectual property rights. "When we first participated in the Canton Fair in 2009, we only had two booths, only exhibiting washing machines," recalled Qiu Fuzhong, General Manager of the company. The Canton Fair witnessed the continuous expansion of the company's product matrix. In 2019, the company vigorously promoted product technological innovation and independently developed household electrical appliances such as dryers, based on the original production of only washing machines. In recent years, the company has integrated new technologies and materials to continuously enhance product competitiveness. Qiu Fuzhong introduced that they had invited a group of foreign merchants before the Canton Fair, and more than 80% of the merchants came on the first day of the fair.
"Participating in the Canton Fair is to make high-quality products go global," said Pan Yunping, a senior executive of the Loctek Ergonomics Technology Co., Ltd., "at the same time, we also look forward to discussing and exchanging ideas on technologies with peers around the world." Loctek mainly produces products such as ergonomic lifting platforms, lifting desks, and table-side exercise bikes and so on. Compared with similar products on the market, the company's products boast comparative advantages in price, quality, and production cycle. This year's Canton Fair has brought opportunities for the enterprise to meet more high-quality foreign customers.
During the exhibition, members of the "4 plus N" working group of our district visited the participating companies onsite to learn their exhibition layout and market order signing. They provided specific suggestions for the companies' booth layout, product packaging design, product brand quality innovation and upgrading, and encouraged the companies to expand markets, seize orders, and showcase images. "We will do our best to be a 'shop assistant' and convey Yinzhou's firm determination to promote high-quality development and high-level opening up to the outside world," said a relevant person in charge of the Yinzhou District Bureau of Commerce.
