"We are applying to build a professional photo-studio to promote more film crews to settle in the park." On March 21, Jiang Minjun, the person in charge of the Qianshuiwan Film and Television Cultural Industry Park, told reporters that having a professional photo-studio can not only attract more film crews to settle in, but also drive the development of the film and television related service industry and rural tourism industry.

The Qianshuiwan Film and Television Cultural Industry Park is located in the Qiuga Town, covering an area of nearly 600 mu. In 2022, in order to revitalize inefficient land utilization and promote rural revitalization through cultural and innovative industries, the Qiuga Town, with the support of publicity departments at the city and district levels, successively introduced resources such as the Beijing Film Academy, the China Film Distribution and Exhibition Association, the Chinese Society of Cinematographers, and the Network Writers' Tribe and so on. Based on the geographical advantages of the three filming locations near the Eastern New Town, the Southern Business District, and the Dongqian Lake, Yinzhou has integrated the original land and property of the scenic area and applied the model of "literature plus film and television plus park", having created the first comprehensive film and television cultural park in the district that integrates creation, filming, live streaming, hotels, restaurants, and film and television hands-on inquiry-based learning.

Since its opening, the Qianshuiwan Film and Television Cultural Industry Park has collaborated with over 10 large-scale film and television crews. The park provides one-stop helicopter services such as resource docking, filming services, and film and television production for film and television crews, shortening the filming and production cycle of movies and thus saving costs. While attracting film crews to settle in for filming, the park also gathers dozens of industrial professionals specialized in model manufacturing, scene construction, clothing rental, and styling services, bringing in tens of millions of yuan of job income.

Within six months of its opening, the Qianshuiwan Film and Television Cultural Industry Park introduced more than ten film and television dramas, including "Like a Flowing River 3", "Created in China", "Islands", "Moments We Shared", "Justifiable Defense", and "Tenet", having been filmed in Ningbo. According to incomplete statistics, the direct expenses incurred by these film crews in Ningbo, including accommodation, basic meals, scene layout, and vehicle fuel consumption, etc., have exceeded 200 million yuan.

At the same time, the Qianshuiwan Film and Television Cultural Industrial Park is constructed in sync with the Ningbo (Yinzhou) Network Writers' Tribe, exploring new models of cooperation between the film and television industry and network literature. The park collaborated with relevant departments to launch the "Qianshuiwan Network Literature Rising Talent Cultivation Plan" nationwide, and last year, 10 rising talents were selected. After the pieces of work of online writers having been tested in the market and become popular IPs, the park would communicate with more film and television companies based on existing resources, adapting online literature into film and television scripts and transforming "internet-famous literature" into "popular dramas" on the screen, further expanding the market value of literary IPs for becoming an endless source of scripts for film and television creation. Film and television companies collaborate with online writers to adapt online novels into short dramas. Among them, the short drama "Love at Second Sight" produced by an enterprise in the park boasts an accumulated box office revenue of over 8 million yuan.

"This year, the park will continue to host the 'Domestic Film Digital Technology Exchange and Exhibition Season' event, which will be held around November." Jiang Minjun told reporters that at the end of last December, the park held the launching ceremony of the 'Domestic Film Digital Technology Exchange and Exhibition Season', which lasted for three days and won favorable industrial evaluation and publicity effects. The park plans to establish the exhibition season as a long-term and fixed activity for exchanges between domestic films and the digital field, so as to strengthen and deepen the deep cooperation between the domestic digital technology field and the film and television industry. "This will become a shining business card for the development of Zhejiang's film industry, driving the deep integration and development of Ningbo's local film industry, and becoming an important platform for the construction of China's film related digital cultural system."

At present, the first phase of construction in the park has been completed, with a renovated building area of 1,000 square meters, having attracted 32 upstream and downstream companies in film and television cultural industry and more than 40 online writers to settle in the park.
